Our Process

Step 1: Pre approval / make an enquiry

Complete our quick and easy application form and get pre approved in around 2 minutes or simply make an enquiry and we will call you and pre qualify you. Providing you qualify we will book an appointment for you to speak with one of our friendly super rate consultants.

Step 2: Phone Interview / Online application

Your Super Rate consultant will conduct a phone interview with you to discuss your current situation, what you are looking for and potentially how we can save you with a tailored home loan solution to suit your needs. They will then complete an online application with you and discuss exactly what documents will be required in order for us to review your application for approval.

Step 3: Formal Approval

Once we have ALL of the documentation required, we will review your application & issue an indicative approval. This all happens within 24 hours. We will then be able to proceed with completing a valuation on your proposed security property & move through to a formal / unconditional approval generally within 72 hours. Once your formal approval has been issued we will arrange for your loan documents to be mailed to your home address for signing.

Step 4: Settlement

Once we have received your signed loan agreements back we will be able to settle within 5 working days or in line with your estimated settlement date. You will then be the proud owner of one of the most competitive homeloans on the market!

Step 5: Post settlement

Once your Super Rate homeloan has settled we will post you out a letter confirming all of your new homeloan details.
