Can I Speak To A Consultant Face To Face?

In order to save you money through our low interest rate home loan we do not employ the services of your typical mobile broker. Your Super Rate consultant will handle the loan from start to finish over the phone and through the internet at times that are convenient for you. What happens once my loan has settled?

Super Rate have a dedicated team of specialists who have been trained to provide after sales support to you once your loan has settled. Our dedicated team of Customer Service Specialists will assist you with all your general account enquiries, online banking registration, loan increases, variations, changes to loan structure or discharge support if you eventually sell your home. Our team are customer focused and solution driven, so you can have complete confidence in our ability to help you, no matter what type of enquiry you may have.
